We are excited to partner with two schools in Guinea Bissau as well as indigenous missionaries. For Christmas this year, you can give a gift that will change a life.

Email us at hoperememberedproject@gmail.com and let us know which project you want to support. Also let us know who the gift is in honor of or in memory of and provide a mailing address. We will send them a Christmas card with information about the project they are supporting through their gift.
OPTION #1: SUPPORT THE EDUCATION OF A CHILD IN EXTREME POVERTY FOR $30 A MONTH IN PARTNERSHIP WITH LICEU COMUNITARIO EMANUEL.
We were able to spend some time visiting this school and are very excited to partner with them. They provide an education to every child in Casa Emanuel Orphanage as well as to the neighboring children. The children that attend this school are extremely poor, often going without food so their parents can pay for their education. They have no running water, no electricity, many times no food, but they value their education. Most public schools are non functioning, so Liceu Comunitario Emanuel is a huge blessing to their community.
* For $30 a child will be fully sponsored for a month of high quality education
* For *300 a child will be fully sponsored for an entire year of schooling

OPTION #2: PROVIDE DESKS AND CHAIRS TO A SCHOOL IN THE VILLAGE OF PRAVIS, GUINE BISSAU

Hope Remembered has partnered with this village to construct the school. More than 100 students attend the school daily. The local teachers have received additional training to better teach their students. The school is also used by the local missionary to provide sunday school for the first time in the village. It is an exciting project! We have concreted the walls to make the building strong but still need to construct tables and benches for the students. A student commented to our missionary that he loved school and is very grateful to go, but his back often hurts at night from sitting on the narrow branches that are used for benches. We would love to give these students a more comfortable classroom for learning.

PROJECT #3: SUPPORT AN INDIGENOUS MISSIONARY IN GUINEA BISSAU
A goal we have at Hope Remembered is to equip indigenous missionaries to make disciples that make disciples with the goal of seeing the Gospel spread among the unreached people groups of West Africa.
We are currently making contacts with several local GB missionaries and plan to spend time with several of them early 2015. We are planning a vision trip for February through April. Your donation to this project will stay in our account until we have met with these missionaries and through prayer decide which local missionaries will become our partners. We will also have a full time missionary through Hope Remembered on the ground full time with our new partners. What an encouragement it will be to them to receive much needed funds to further their work for the sake of the Gospel.
